Santander was in need of new employees. So we gave a chance for the candidates to interview their potential employers.
Because hiring is our main subject, we took the whole campaign to LinkedIn. To make it even bigger, we counted with the big names of our brand ambassadors – such as Whindersson Nunes, Gil do Vigor and Samantha Schmütz –, and created their first ever account on the platform.
Now that we spreaded the word about the new hiring spots at Santander, we did a three hour live with the C levels of the bank, so people would know what they were getting into.
